Red bean and mung bean cake
Overview
1. Crush the red beans with a pressure cooker (I bought peeled mung beans, and press them directly with the pressure cooker) 2. Crush the crushed beans with a blender 3. The crushed beans have more water, fry them in a pan, and stir-fry them over low heat until they have a viscosity that can form a ball. 4. Divide them into raisins of the same size 5. Press the mooncake mold into the shape you like
