I make my own pollution-free mung bean sprouts and watch them grow every day. When harvested, the mung bean sprouts are full of fragrance. The whole process is so amazing~

Cover the mung bean sprouts with mineral water and soak them overnight.

Soaked mung beans.

Have a vegetable basket and basin ready. Save water by placing pots under baskets.

Spread a layer of mung beans evenly on the bottom of the basket.

Cover with a damp towel.

Place another layer of mung beans on the wet towel.

Cover with a thin layer of wet towel. Then put it in a dark corner, out of sunlight.

The third day. Harvest!
