Black pepper beer roast duck
Overview
I bought a meat duck, and after struggling for a long time, I decided to roast it. Beer and duck really go well together. I ate a lot of the roasted beer duck. The roasted beer duck is equally delicious, and the aroma of the black pepper is undeniable.

Prepare the ingredients.

Clean the duck first.

Add onions and ginger to beer to make juice.

Soak the entire duck body in the juice, then add black pepper and salt, massage for ten minutes, and refrigerate for more than 20 hours.

Wash the marinated whole duck in boiling water to wash off the foam on the duck.

Place on a baking sheet to dry.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 60 minutes. Brush with a layer of oil and honey sauce.
