  1. Tear the cabbage into slices and cut the pork belly into thin slices

  2. Boil a pot of hot water, add cabbage in the boiling water, blanch until it changes color, take it out immediately, rinse with cold water, drain and set aside

  3. Add oil to the wok, add pork belly slices and stir-fry over low heat until the oil comes out, then add minced garlic and spicy black bean sauce and stir-fry until fragrant

  4. Add cabbage and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and chicken essence and continue stir-frying for about half a minute.
