  1. Clean the base tail shrimp.

  2. Cut the ingredients and set aside.

  3. Heat oil in a pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

  4. Stir-fry the prawns until they change color.

  5. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

  6. Pour a little water and cook for two minutes.

  7. Add green and red pepper pieces and stir-fry until cooked.

  8. Remove from pot and plate.
