Mango jelly - the exclusive jelly for greedy cats in summer!

Overview

Alias of mango: Anluo fruit, lemon fruit, honeydew, Xianggai. Mango is the mature fruit of mango, an Anacardiaceae plant. Many friends like it very much~ Children like to eat small jelly in summer, but they always feel uneasy, so you might as well make it yourself. This way you can satisfy the greedy little cats at home and eat safely and reassuringly. It is really the best of both worlds!

Steps

1. 1 Mix mango juice with cold water and fine sugar, heat over low heat and bring to a boil

   

2. 2 Soak the isinglass slices in cold water until soft

   

3. 3 Add the mango pieces into the silicone mold, 3-4 pieces in each mold

   

4. 4 Pour the cooked mango juice into the mold with the mango pieces and fill the mold to the top

   

5. 5 After the mango juice in the mold has cooled down, place it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, then unmold and serve
