Peel the lotus root, cut the big end into pieces, and put soaked glutinous rice in the eyes. I soaked the glutinous rice overnight. Put glutinous rice on both pieces,

After the glutinous rice is stuffed, use toothpicks to connect the cut ends together. Then put water that has covered the lotus roots in the pot, put brown sugar and jujubes in it, bring to a boil over high heat, and cook over medium heat for an hour. Use a toothpick to prick it and it will be ready.
