Homemade Mango Jam
Overview
I suddenly made mango jam on a whim. In order to make mango-flavored yogurt, the old man said that the yogurt was not delicious and had no milky taste. I was tired of it. I knew he didn’t like yogurt, so I should eat it secretly by myself. But I really like this mango jam. The mangoes I bought are delicious, so the jam is also very fragrant. Let’s take a look at how to make it. It’s very simple if you have a bread machine. If you don’t have a bread machine, just make it yourself!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Two 500g large mangoes, half a lemon for squeezing juice (I forgot about it later so I didn’t use it), 60g sugar, and about 30g maltose
-
Chop the mango pulp, add sugar and marinate for 1 hour
-
Puree two-thirds of the pickled mango, pour the remaining mango pulp and juice into a bread bucket, and pour in maltose
-
Put the bread bucket back into the bread machine, select the jam function, the program time is 1 hour and 20 minutes, add lemon juice in the last 20 minutes (I forgot the lemon so I didn’t add it)
-
After the process is completed, bottle the cooked jam while it is still hot and seal it for storage! The bottles need to be sterilized in advance
