Lotus Crisps with Date Paste Sauce
Overview
Although this shortbread has no added sugar, the finished product is still very sweet due to the addition of jujube paste. Recently, I often use jujube paste to make noodles, which is delicious and healthy.

Pour 30g corn oil into 150g flour

Add 70g warm water

Knead into water and oil dough

Add 100g flour to 50g corn oil and make a dough

Roll out the dough into a ball, wrap it in pastry and press it into a flat shape

Then roll it out and fold it into a round cake and put on the jujube paste

Press flat and cut into 8 equal parts

Once everything is ready, place it on a baking sheet and sprinkle some black sesame seeds for decoration
