Cut the dried tofu into triangles.

Slice pork belly.

Chop ginger and green and red pepper into cubes.

Stir-fry the pork belly in a hot pan to release the oil, add the minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and a little dark soy sauce.

Add tofu cubes and stir-fry.

Add a little water and simmer covered for two to three minutes.

Add green and red pepper cubes and stir-fry for a few times, appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.
