Steps
-
Ingredients are ready.
-
Crack the eggs into the basin.
-
Add 5 tablespoons (tablespoon), which is approximately equal to 60 grams of sugar, into the egg bowl.
-
Squeeze in a few drops of lemon.
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
-
Start beating the eggs with a whisk. During the beating process, place the basin on another hot water basin (40 degrees Celsius) to make it easier to beat the eggs.
-
Beat the eggs for about 10-12 minutes until you feel that the egg liquid is slightly hard. Use an egg beater to lift a shape on top and it will not collapse within 5 seconds.
-
grams of milk = 2 teaspoons (2teaspoon) put into a small bowl
-
Put half a teaspoon (1/2teaspoon) of vanilla liquid into a small bowl of milk
-
Put 10 grams of yogurt into a small bowl of milk (sorry, the picture is of condensed milk). This method can use yogurt or condensed milk to make this cake:) Then pour these three ingredients together into the beaten egg bowl and mix quickly. You need to use the method of cutting in half (use a spatula to turn the L-shaped bowl and stir without making circles)
-
After boiling, add the flour in three batches. Be sure to add it little by little. The first time I added too much due to shaking hands, the bubbles were gone. The cake turned out to be very hard and moist inside:
-
Add the flour and mix quickly using the cutting method (walk vertically down the edge of the basin while turning the basin)
-
Finally, add the hot butter to the basin and stir quickly using the cutting method.
-
Pour the liquid into the baking dish. Don't pour it too full as it will grow during baking.
-
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 60 minutes. I check every thirty minutes to make sure the surface of the cake has darkened. Then you can take it out and prick it with chopsticks. If nothing sticks to it, it's ready to go
-
It's very soft after it comes out of the pan, like the chicken cakes my grandma used to buy when I was a kid. A very simple basic baking is done, remember to share it with your family! :)
