Overview

I made this a few days ago. I mixed the leftover residue from carrot juice with flour. I added more residue, so the color is yellower and more delicious. I suddenly thought of adding some cumin and it was delicious.

  2. Mix flour with carrot pulp and a little baking powder

  3. Add yeast to warm water and mix thoroughly

  4. Add yeast, water and warm water to flour and mix well

  5. After waking up for 20 minutes, knead the dough again (no need to let it rise) and roll it into a piece

  6. Sprinkle cumin powder and salt

  9. Make the rolls, grease the steaming curtain with oil and let the rolls wake up for about 1 hour. When they are light and fluffy, they can be steamed

  10. Boil the pot for twelve minutes and it is ready. Open the lid after three minutes
