Homemade cauliflower
Overview
First cover and simmer, then stir-fry. It is much more leisurely than stir-frying with high heat in the pot, and the color is more beautiful.

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces, wash and soak in water for about 20 minutes.

Cut the pork neck into thin slices (you can add a little salt and mix well).

Brush oil into the pot, heat over high heat, add pork neck and fry over medium heat until the oil is slightly browned on both sides, add minced garlic and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant.

Remove the cauliflower and add it to the pot.

Cover and simmer until the cauliflower changes color.

Open the lid and stir-fry evenly, add salt and chicken essence.

Stir-fry until cooked and the water dries up, then turn off the heat.

Remove from the pan and serve.
