Cut the tofu into slightly thick slices and shred the ginger

Heat the pot, pour oil, and stir-fry the shredded ginger

Pour crab roe and crab meat into the pot and stir-fry

Add 3 small bowls of water, an appropriate amount of salt, a little sugar, and pepper and bring to a boil

Add tofu, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 7-8 minutes, add some green vegetables and cook until cooked
