Squid rings
Overview
My daughter has been saying that she wants to eat squid rings for a long time. Both adults and children like this kind of food very much, but they should not be eaten in large quantities, so I always find various reasons to refuse. Today, I fulfilled her little wish, and her beautiful little one ate it without any rules before even saying it was time to start eating. Although I also like these squid, I still prefer the original flavor of seafood, so even if it is fried, I will reduce the seasoning as much as possible. What I can eat is not only the aroma of frying, but also the umami taste of the squid itself.

Steps
-
Peel and wash the squid and set aside, remove the inside with your hands
-
Take the squid body, cut into squid rings about 8mm wide, add salt, cooking wine, white pepper, and shredded ginger and marinate for 15 minutes
-
Beat the eggs and fold the squid into the egg liquid
-
Swim in the bread crumbs, roll around, and coat evenly with the bread crumbs
-
Heat the oil and deep-fry until golden brown. Do not put the squid rings in the pot over high heat, otherwise they will burn. Fry them for the first time until they are formed. When the color is slightly yellow, take them out. Remove the impurities in the oil and heat them up. Put the squid rings in the pot again and quickly baste them with oil.
