Marinate the cut lean meat with starch, light soy sauce and oil.

Peel and cut papaya into pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add lean meat.

Stir-fry the lean meat until fragrant or stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the papaya, add a little salt and stir-fry. The amount of salt is less than usual for stir-frying because papaya is sweet and you don’t need that much.
