Cut the mutton into small pieces, drain and set aside

Soak the rice for half an hour in advance and set aside

Cut onions, carrots and potatoes into cubes

Heat oil and stir-fry onions until fragrant

Fry the onions until slightly brown and stir-fry the mutton pieces

Add carrots and potatoes and stir-fry together, add salt, cumin and light soy sauce and stir-fry

Pour the soaked rice together with the water, just as much as you usually use for cooking. Stir fry for a while. (It’s better to have dashi)

Pour the entire pot of soup and rice into the rice cooker and press to cook.

When the rice is almost done, add raisins on top and continue simmering until the rice is done. Mix the rice and serve.
