Heat up the oil and put the bean cakes in the pan (this way they won’t stick to the pan when frying. If you think it’s too troublesome to fry the bean cakes, you can fry them directly, but add more oil)

Cut the chili peppers diagonally and stir-fry until fragrant. Put the bean cakes into the pot (I forgot to take a picture of the bean cakes when frying). Stir-fry for a while. Add salt, MSG, chili powder, light soy sauce, add a small amount of water, and stir-fry

Start the pot (I put a little too much light soy sauce, I personally like a darker color, it looks better with rice and more appetizing)
