Beat the eggs and add the sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Heat the butter over water until it becomes liquid, add the egg sugar liquid, sift the low-gluten flour and add it, and stir gently with a spatula. Add sesame seeds and mix well. The batter is ready.

Spoon a small spoonful onto the heated egg roll mold (turn on low heat)

Close the egg roll mold, and after 3 seconds press the center of the mold with chopsticks (in order to make the egg roll skin evenly thick, it will be crispy only if it is thin)

Turn it over and bake it properly. When you hear the popping sound disappearing, it is almost ready (you can open it and have a look to see the color you like) and roll it up with chopsticks

Take out a chopstick and gently press the egg roll into a round shape

It will become crispy after cooling. If you can't finish it, store it in an airtight box.
