Braised fish steak with carrots
Overview
The task in the evening was difficult. My wife was not at home, so I had to take care of my son. He had eaten too much steamed dragon fish before and had refused to continue eating. But fish is a good thing, so I have to find ways to change it so that he likes to eat it, and at the same time, I have to solve my own dinner problem. So this pan-fried fish steak came out of the oven. Unexpectedly, my son actually took the initiative to eat it and finally finished it. Since this dish is for my son, I paid attention to controlling the salt and oil as much as possible while making this dish delicious. Except for the braised sauce and olive oil, I did not add oil and salt sauce. In the end, it was fragrant on the outside and soft on the inside. I felt good about myself

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cover the thawed Longli fish and steam it for 5 or 6 minutes until it is cooked (without adding anything)
-
Take out, drain the water and set aside (I added a little olive oil, everything is a little yellow)
-
Sauté the shredded carrots with a little olive oil, set aside
-
Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil into the pan, add the prepared fish pieces, and fry until lightly browned
-
Add the braised sauce and fry until cooked. Turn over. If it is too dry, add a small amount of water to make the sauce
-
Remove from pot and serve with carrots
-
Finally, sprinkle a little basil to increase the aroma, and it’s done!
