Clean the turbot, apply salt all over, make a mossaki for the fish, then add cooking wine, light soy sauce, onion and ginger, and marinate for half an hour.

After half an hour, put the fish into the steamer and steam for ten minutes.

While the fish is steaming we make the sauce. Pour the onion, ginger and garlic into the light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and mature vinegar. Pour this juice over the steamed fish.

Heat cooking oil in a pot and pour it over the fish to bring out the flavors of the sauce and seasonings. OK, let’s eat.
