Grilled Rose Octopus Feet
Overview
A friend gave me a pair of fresh octopus feet as a gift. That guy is really strong. I'm thinking about using half of it to make sashimi, cutting some into fried rice, making dumplings with it, and then I want to make grilled octopus legs. Thinking back to the wood-grilled octopus feet that I loved so much in the past, my mouth is really watering. Today I used rose flowers with scallion oil sauce. First let the sliced octopus legs absorb the flavor, and then grill it over high heat for a short time. In order to prevent the octopus feet from rolling up when baking, I pressed a baking sheet on top. It will look very flat when baked.
