Weigh the materials.

Soften butter at room temperature.

Beat with a whisk on low speed until fluffy.

Add caster sugar and powdered sugar all at once.

Whip the butter until it expands in volume and becomes lighter in color.

Add the egg liquid in six additions. After each addition of the egg liquid, beat until the butter and egg liquid are completely combined before adding the next egg liquid.

The whipped butter and eggs are completely blended without separation and are in a fluffy state.

Sift the cake flour into the whipped butter paste.

Use a rubber spatula to gently stir to combine.

Put the piping nozzle into the piping bag, open the mouth of the piping bag, and put the cookie batter inside.

Pour out cookie dough of the size you like on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Stick nuts on the surface. I used cashews and almonds.

Place in the preheated oven, 200 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower heat, bake for about 15 minutes, until the surface of the cookie is slightly yellow and ready to be baked.
