Orange jelly
Overview
The sultry weather always makes people feel suffocated and they want to eat something cold, but a girl's body cannot eat anything too cold. So I made this jelly myself, which is cool but not too cold. Delicious!

Steps
-
Wash the oranges and set aside.
-
Take out the pulp, put it into the wall breaking machine, and start the low speed.
-
Soak gelatine sheets in cold water until soft.
-
Strain the squeezed orange juice for a more delicate taste. Heat the orange juice for a while, add gelatin pieces to dissolve, and stir evenly. (The temperature for heating orange juice does not need to be too high)

Pour into heart-shaped molds and freeze in the refrigerator.
-
Remove the serving platter. Add a little coconut, haha, to create a romantic feeling!
