Homemade tofu
Overview
Rest when frying tofu. Don’t use too much oil and don’t overheat it. Use medium heat and fry one side until golden brown. Use chopsticks to turn it over. Don’t rush and fry slowly

-Cut the tofu into triangles and set aside

-Wash the green and red peppers, remove seeds and cut into small pieces

-Soak dried fungus in warm water

-Put oil in a wok, add tofu and fry until both sides are golden brown, set aside

-Saute the Pixian bean paste until fragrant and stir-fry the red oil
-
-Add green and red pepper fungus, add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, stir-fry, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil
-
-Add the fried tofu and reduce the juice over high heat
-
-Just load it into a plate
