Put all the ingredients into a bread barrel and mix and ferment.

Put the bread dough into the mold and complete the second fermentation.

The bread dough is put into the mold for secondary fermentation (I made 2 boxes of bread, except that butterfly pea powder was added to the blue dough, the other ingredients were the same.

Preheat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, and bake the upper and lower tubes at 170 degrees (the oven has a fixed upper and lower temperature that is consistent and cannot be monotonous) for 25 minutes.
