Prepare all the ingredients (depending on how many people will eat it, I prepare more than enough for three or four people)

Boil water in a pot, add pasta and cook.

While the noodles are cooking, chop the other ingredients.

Pour the cooked noodles into cold water, drain and set aside.

Pour olive oil into the pot (salad oil is also acceptable), add the onions into the pot and stir-fry.

Add the tomatoes to the pot one after another.

Then put the ham and mushrooms into the pot and continue to stir-fry.

You can add some water and boil some salt.

When the soup is almost reduced, add the pasta and continue to stir-fry.

When it's almost done, turn off the heat, add some black pepper and mix well.
