Cold corn juice
Overview
I prefer to drink corn soup, but I don’t like to drink hot soup in hot summer, so I made a cold one. Want to share it with everyone. Corn juice is a cool drink in summer.

Cut off the corn kernels.

Place it in a non-stick pan over high heat for three minutes to make the corn flavor more intense. Stir fry constantly (such as using a microwave oven, 600 degrees, 3 minutes)

After frying, add 600ml of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Turn off the heat after five minutes.

After cooling. Put it in a juicer and make juice.

Put ice cubes in the dish.

Put the squeezed corn juice into an empty plate. Then put it on the ice tray.

Add 200ml of fresh cream, 3g of salt and 100ml of milk. (If it is not sweet, you can add some condensed milk to increase the sweetness)

Beat well with a whisk. If the time is longer, the result will be thicker.
