Put water in the pot, put the preserved eggs in, bring the water to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes

Let cool and then peel the shells (such beautiful pine flowers)

Cut the preserved eggs (one into eight pieces) and place them on a plate

Peel the garlic, chop into pieces, and put it into a bowl

Then pour in the vinegar

And light soy sauce

Finally add a little sesame oil

Mix well

Pour the juice from the bowl onto the preserved eggs
