  1. If you buy a fish head from the market, cut it from the middle, but don’t cut it off. Then clean the fish head. Add salt and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Rub the fish head when marinating to enhance the flavor.

  2. Chop green onions and ginger and place on a plate.

  3. Place the marinated fish on a plate lined with green onion and ginger.

  4. Sprinkle the fish with chopped pepper and some shredded ginger and green onions. Add water to the steamer, grill, add fish heads, and steam until cooked.

  5. Remove the soup from the steamed fish head, then take another pot, pour in oil, heat the oil, pour it on the fish head while it is hot, and it is ready to eat.
