Keep making mangoes! Summer is not here yet, and this is the third time this year that I have made mango-flavored pudding. This time, the ingredient juice was changed to coconut milk, and it tastes great! I have tried both the light cream and milk flavors, but I love the [Coconut Mango Pudding] more!

Soak the gelatine sheets in ice water until soft and set aside

Peel, core and cut the mango into small pieces (leave a few nice pieces for decoration)

Squeeze in lemon juice (optional)

Pour in coconut milk

Beat together with coconut milk to make mango pulp

Pour mango pulp into the milk pot

Add sugar and soaked gelatine slices, bring to a simmer

Cook and stir until the sugar and gelatine pieces are completely melted (it will become more fragrant after heating)

Put it into a small bottle, cool it and store it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours until it solidifies
