Portuguese Style Grilled Wings
Overview
Smooth chicken wings are delicious no matter how you cook them. Add a little rosemary and pair them with fresh red wine. It’s delicious.

Cut the chicken wings a few times and add all the seasonings,

Knead with hands for a while, seal and refrigerate for more than two hours

Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry chicken wings and seasonings together,

Stir-fry until the surface of the chicken wings is golden brown, and roughly remove the seasoning on the surface of the chicken wings,

Stir-fry potato strips, carrot cubes and green pepper until fragrant,

Arrange the ingredients in step 5 on the baking sheet, place the chicken wings on top, and heat to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
