Vinegar pumpkin shreds
Overview
I bought a pumpkin in late autumn last year and after keeping it for a whole winter, the skin finally showed signs of deterioration. After cutting it open, I was disappointed, extremely disappointed. I thought the melon pulp was golden, but it was actually light yellow. I lost interest in steaming it and playing with dough. How to eat? I have changed several tricks, and this is one of them, vinegar.
