Braised Pork Bones with Taro

Braised Pork Bones with Taro

Overview

I bought fragrant taro seeds many times when I was in Longzhou. They were delicious in hot pot in winter. They were very powdery. But they were no longer there. I bought them once when I saw them in Nanning, but I didn’t expect them to be powdery at all. I haven’t eaten them since. This year I suddenly remembered this kind of taro again for some reason, and searched online for a long time. Later, it seemed unreliable and I couldn’t buy it. The day before yesterday, I saw it was also sold in the town. I wasn't sure if it was powdered. After a few hesitations, I walked by and went back to buy two kilograms. I made soup with pork bones last night. I was so surprised. It was powdered and fragrant. 😂
