Prepare ingredients.

Sift almond flour and powdered sugar. If the almond flour is not fine enough, you can put it into a crusher and grind it. But make sure the quantity doesn't change. Add the fine sugar to the egg whites in three batches and beat until stiff peaks form. Just mention that the egg beater has a short, self-standing tip.

Add a small amount of the mixed macaron paste to matcha powder and mix evenly. Put the original color macaron paste into a piping bag, squeeze it into the mold, and preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

Dry the skin. I used an electric fan to blow on the macarons so that the surface of the macarons would dry faster. It’s also not easy to defoam. Place in the oven at 160 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
