Nut and water chestnut rice cereal
Overview
Varied water chestnut rice paste. After two conversations about water chestnuts, I suddenly had a new idea. Water chestnuts originally contain high starch. If combined with various grains, it will become a paste mainly composed of carbohydrates. If you don’t want so many carbohydrates, how about adding some nuts? There won't be as many carbs, but the nuts are higher in fat, so a bowl of gooey food will probably have slightly more calories. . . . Fortunately, it tastes good. Calories or whatever, it doesn't matter. . .
