Wash the peas and set aside.

Cut the red sausage into cubes.

Dice the carrots.

When the oil is hot, add the diced red sausage and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add peas and stir well.

Add water and cook for 5 minutes.

Add diced carrots and stir-fry.

Add salt to taste.

Remove from the pan.
