Mix 200g flour, 100g sweet potato flour, 20g white sugar, 2g yeast, and 2g baking powder together with warm water to form a dough. Let it rest for more than 30 minutes until the dough doubles in size

The dough is rolled into a long strip and cut into equal-sized pieces

Sprinkle dry flour on the side and press flat

Roll into oval shape

After the pan is heated, brush it with a layer of oil and add the crispy rice dumplings
