Wash the lotus root, peel it and cut it into 2 cm thick pieces

Wash the peanuts and soak them in water

Wash dried shiitake mushrooms

Wash the keels, boil them in water and set aside

Wash the ginger, peel and slice

Put all the ingredients in a soup pot, add water, and bring to a boil over high heat

Then turn to low heat and simmer for an hour and a half.
