Overview
On a lazy spring day, people become extremely soft. After a good night's sleep, I felt hungry. I looked at the leftover rice in the rice cooker and the carrots, onions, and green peppers in the vegetable basket, and my eyes lit up. Let’s have it in one pot, O(∩_∩)O~

Prepare ingredients: soak dried mushrooms and dice them, grate carrots, dice green peppers and onions;
