  1. Shred the lean pork and marinate with a little cooking wine

  2. Mix the sauce in a small bowl

  3. Saute the garlic in a pot until fragrant, stir-fry the shredded pork, pour in the sauce when it changes color, add an appropriate amount of water and turn to low heat to drain away some of the water

  4. Boil the dry noodles in boiling water for two to three minutes. It should not be too cooked or too rotten to taste bad

  5. Take out the cooked noodles, drain the water, add a little sesame oil and stir
