Mushroom and Egg Vermicelli
Overview
Lentinus edodes, known as the king of delicacies, is a nutritional and health food with high protein and low fat. It is rich in vitamin B complex, iron, potassium, provitamin D (converted into vitamin D after exposure to the sun), sweet in taste, and neutral in nature. It is mainly used to treat loss of appetite, lack of energy and fatigue.

Remove garlic and slice into slices

Wash the mushrooms and cut into 1cm thick pieces

Soak the vermicelli until soft and cut into sections about 10 cm long

Beat eggs

Pour oil into the pot and sauté the garlic

Pour in the mushrooms and stir-fry

Add salt

Pour in a little water

Spread vermicelli on top and simmer over medium heat for 8 minutes

Then sprinkle in black pepper

Pour in the egg liquid
-
Stir well and serve
