Soy Pot Noodles

In fact, I have posted this recipe on Gourmet World. It was the first recipe I fumbled around, and it only had text and no pictures. Now I have uploaded it. It is considered our family’s private dish. My favorite thing about my dad’s dish is the soup, and I like to drink it while it’s hot. It’s not as fresh when it’s cold.

  8. Cut the lean meat into small pieces and marinate it with cooking wine, salt and cornstarch. During the marinating process, you need to add a little water to make the meat more tender. The marinating time is ten minutes

  10. Heat the pot, add cold oil, just a little oil at the bottom of the pot is enough, add the fat and stir-fry until oil comes out

  11. Add the marinated meat slices and wait for a while before cooking to prevent the meat slices from being overcooked

  13. At the same time, add a little bit of Pixian bean paste, not too much, stir out the red oil over low heat, and turn up the heat

  14. Pour in the yellow flower fungus, king oyster mushroom, and tomato, then immediately add boiling water. The water must be wide enough

  15. Let the soup boil for three minutes to bring out the flavor of the ingredients

  17. Throw in the noodles, be sure to break them, and there must be less noodles

  18. Boil the water again, remove the lotus flowers, and add salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil to taste
