  1. Wash small green vegetables

  3. Tear tofu skin into small pieces and soak in boiling water until soft

  4. Cut green vegetables into sections

  5. Heat oil in a pot, first add the vegetable stems and stir-fry over high heat, then add the vegetable leaves and stir-fry

  6. Add the soaked bean curd skin and stir-fry together

  7. Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine and chicken essence, mix well and serve
