Wash small green vegetables

Fresh farm tofu skin

Tear tofu skin into small pieces and soak in boiling water until soft

Cut green vegetables into sections

Heat oil in a pot, first add the vegetable stems and stir-fry over high heat, then add the vegetable leaves and stir-fry

Add the soaked bean curd skin and stir-fry together

Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine and chicken essence, mix well and serve
