Peel the loofah, peel and wash the edamame, mince the garlic

Boil edamame in boiling water for 2 minutes until cooked, remove and drain into cold water

Cut the loofah into hob pieces, smash and mince the garlic

Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add loofah and stir-fry over high heat, add a little hot water to prevent the loofah from becoming scorched and discolored
