Let the butter soften at room temperature and cut into small pieces

Pour the fine sugar into the milk, put it on the stove and heat it over low heat until all the fine sugar dissolves into the milk. Don't heat it for too long, otherwise the water in the milk will evaporate

Use the smallest setting of the mixer to beat the butter into a paste until pale

Pour the milk dissolved with granulated sugar into the butter and mix well

Pour the almond flour and cake flour into the butter and milk mixture, and continue to stir evenly

Put the mixed batter into a piping bag, and pipe it into a circle to look like a cookie (you can pipe it into any other shape, but it is best if they are all the same size, otherwise some will be burned and some will not be baked when baking)

Bake the squeezed cookies in the oven, place them on the middle shelf of the oven, set the upper and lower heat to 190 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes
