Nutritious breakfast
Overview
I have never published breakfast works in the past (because breakfast is more complicated to make and I don’t have time to take pictures). I just made two simple and quick breakfasts in the past two days. I feel that it is simple and nutritious. I can try it occasionally.

Cut off the sides of 3 slices of bread.

Wash red pears and blueberries.

I bought 5 pounds of mangoes, which were very ripe and freshly pureed.

Because I don’t like salad dressing, I spread mango puree on the bread and placed small slices of red pear and green apple.

Arrange egg slices, sausage slices and muscat grapes cut in half and arrange as desired.

A simple and nutritious breakfast, which includes meat, eggs, and fruit vitamins (adding pure mango puree to an appropriate amount of ice-cold Sprite to make a cup of mango juice is very refreshing) to meet the energy intake for the morning. Finally, sprinkle with parsley, garlic salt compound seasoning, easy to operate and yet nutritious.
