Shepherd's purse wontons
Overview
The freshest wild vegetable in spring is shepherd's purse. I particularly like the special aroma of shepherd's purse. A few days ago, my son and I dug a lot of shepherd's purse under the fruit trees to make dumplings, steamed stuffed buns, and soup. We had some leftover and bought some wonton wrappers to wrap some wontons. After wrapping, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it. It is very convenient to eat on the go.
