Roasted Cauliflower
Overview
Unless cauliflower is over-fried, no matter how you fry it, it will still feel that there is still too much water and not enough flavor, and the taste will always be slightly different. Later I discovered that baking in the oven saves fuel and time. It is closer to the effect of frying and tastes good too😋

Cut the cauliflower into small florets, soak in salt water for 15 minutes, rinse and drain and set aside

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and lightly brush with oil. Preheat oven 180°

Pour 1 tablespoon vegetable oil into the cauliflower

Add all the seasonings, adjust the proportion according to taste, add appropriate amount of chili powder and salt, mix well

Pour into the baking pan and spread evenly

Bake at 180° for 20 minutes over medium heat. Please adjust the temperature and time according to the temperament of your oven

Take it out and let it cool for 5 minutes, then put it on a plate
