Homemade fruit peel
Overview
Hawthorn has the highest pectin content among all fruits, so hawthorn jam can condense by itself without adding other pectins after heating. Once you know this, you can make zero-added fruit peel with confidence ^_^ Hawthorn is also rich in organic acids and dietary fiber, which can help digestion, eliminate food accumulation and promote fat metabolism, so it is still very beneficial to eat hawthorn products every day.

-
Use a small knife to dig out the tail and pedicle of the hawthorn, cut it in the middle and break it in half.
-
Use the tip of a knife to remove the core. Generally, a hawthorn has 4 to 6 cores. Finished processing all the hawthorns.
-
Put hawthorn meat, sugar, lemon juice and water into the wall-breaking machine, start the juice program for two minutes to make hawthorn puree. (If the machine capacity is not enough, you can print separately)
-
Pour the hawthorn puree into a non-stick pan and stir-fry over medium-low heat until a thick paste can coat the wooden spatula and the jam becomes very thick. The frying process takes about ten minutes.
-
Spread the fried jam on a non-stick baking sheet, as thin as possible, and smooth the surface with a scraper. Place it on a thermal insulation board or bake in the oven at 60 degrees for about 4 hours until the surface is non-sticky and can be peeled off smoothly.
-
Let the peeled fruit peel cool slightly, cut into small strips, and roll up. Cut the plastic wrap into small pieces and wrap the fruit peel.
